Before you get offended, let me explain...
Most people marketing a product, or service online forget one of the basic elements to a successful business regardless of what it is, and that is:
"Will your customers keep using, and reordering what you sell?"
Simple enough right?
I read some interesting information the other day from a huge *Brand Name* marketer online that suggested a product, or service must be good enough to stand on it's own two feet, i.e. sell itself once you get a prospect to try it.
Yes, a famous guru finally tells the simple truth! The product far exceeds the customer's expectations for the price they've paid for it, and they reorder when it's needed/wanted again with little or no resistance!
Why do you buy what you buy over, and over again?
Sit down, and really analyze this question. Then proceed to write down all the different reasons you purchase various products, and services over, and over again.
EX: Price? Quality? A combination of both? Gives you a warm fuzzy feeling deep down inside? etc.
I know for myself that I purchase products, and services based on a combination of price, and quality.
Of course the "warm fuzzy feeling deep down inside" associated with certain products, and services I purchase every month is an added benefit.:)
I sell products, and services based on that same premise. Plus I believe 110% in what I'm selling helps my customers reach their goals too.
One of the "KEYS"
Once you have all your reasons written down, see if most or all of them apply to the products, and services you are marketing.
Do they?
"YES"?, "NO"?, "MAYBE"?
If a resounding YES!
Good! Now go out and find prospects like yourself who could use what you're offering, and get them to try it...
If you do a good enough job, they will become regular customers, and purchase from you over and over again.
See... marketing isn't that hard to do, it's the actual "DOING" that is.
